Invision has expanded its marketing team with the recruitment of a new Marketing Designer, Giles Buck. Following Invision’s recent move to larger premises and the expansion of its sales team, Giles’ recruitment is part of the company’s growth plan.
As Marketing Designer, Giles’ will work on the creative executions for Invision’s website, print and digital communications and its materials for events.
Giles studied Graphic Communication at Bath Spa University (2:1) and after his graduation was employed as a CAD technician/utilities designer for a utilities company. In this role he designed electric, water and gas site maps across the U.K. and conducted risk assessments to understand the health and safety impacts connected to design decisions. He was trained to use software including AutoCAD, which will help him in his new position at Invision.
As with all new Invision employees, Giles has embarked upon a rigorous course of in-house training to ensure that he has a complete understanding of Invision’s products, its clients and the industry.
With his passion for design, events and marketing, Giles is proving to be a vital addition to the Invision team. He has an excellent understanding of the latest design techniques, digital marketing and social media communications and brings a truly cutting-edge skill set to the team.
